Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for your account and for keeping your sign-in secure.

Content in Lomi lives in workspaces. Workspace admins control who can join, what members can do, and the workspace’s content and settings. If you sign up with a company email address, you may be added to that company’s workspace, subject to its admins’ approval.

You own the content you put into Lomi and the output Lomi creates for you. You give us permission to store, process and display that content only as needed to provide and improve Lomi for you. You are responsible for your content and for having the rights to share it.

Lomi uses AI, and AI output can be inaccurate or incomplete. Review anything important before relying on it.

You agree not to use Lomi to:

• break the law or violate anyone's rights, including privacy and intellectual property rights;
• harass, threaten or harm others, or share content that is abusive or sexually exploits anyone;
• create misleading images or media of real people without their consent;
• create, request or share sexually explicit or intimate images of a real person without their consent, including AI-generated or edited images, or any sexual content involving minors;
• send spam or malware, or try to break into or disrupt Lomi or anyone's account;
• scrape, copy or resell the service, or use it to build a competing product.

We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.

If you invite Lomi to a meeting, it will record and transcribe it. You are responsible for telling participants and for getting any consent the law requires before recording.

When you connect another service (such as Google, GitHub or Linear), you let Lomi access it within the permissions you grant, and you agree to that service’s own terms. Lomi asks you to confirm before sending email or making changes in those services; you are responsible for actions you confirm. You can disconnect a service at any time.

• Current prices, plans and usage limits are the ones shown in the Lomi app at the time you subscribe.
• Paid plans are billed in advance through Stripe and renew automatically until cancelled.
• You can cancel at any time; your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period. We do not give refunds for partial periods unless required by law.
• Prices do not include taxes, which you are responsible for.
• We may change prices or plan limits with at least 30 days' notice. Free plans and their limits may change at any time.

Lomi Labs, Inc.owns Lomi, including its software, design, and the Lomi™ name, logo and crab character, which are our trademarks. These terms do not give you any right to use them without our written permission. If you send us feedback, we may use it without any obligation to you.

Lomi is still evolving. We may add, change or remove features over time.

You can stop using Lomi at any time. To delete your account, email privacy@heylomi.ai and we will delete it for you. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or put Lomi or other users at risk.

Lomi is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent allowed by law. We do not promise that Lomi will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that AI output will be accurate.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Lomi Labs, Inc. will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to Lomi is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or $100.

You agree to defend and compensate Lomi Labs, Inc. for claims arising from your content or your misuse of Lomi.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located there.

We may update these terms. If we make significant changes, we will let you know by email or in the app before they take effect. Continuing to use Lomi after that means you accept the updated terms.
